(1) Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or interfere with cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

(2) Bookings in the place of residence

Guests may not make reservations with 7Seas Apartments GmbH within their own place of residence. Please contact us directly if you wish to make an exception.

(3) Smoking and noise ban

Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted in the apartments, on balconies or in communal areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

(4) Commercial use and illegal activities

Commercial photography or videography without written permission and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

(5) Number of guests

The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the reservation. For each unauthorized guest we charge a fee of 30 € per night.

(6) Pets

Pets are permitted by prior arrangement and for a special cleaning fee of 25 €. As a rule, a maximum of one pet is allowed per apartment. However, more than one pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.

(7) Loss of keys and objects

Guests are liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.

(8) Noise and video surveillance

Noise level meters can be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance can be installed in public areas.

(9) Liability for damages

Guests are liable for damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Damage must be reported to our customer service immediately.

(10) Volume and quiet times

The use of televisions, radios and other sound equipment must not disturb the peace and quiet of the residents. Room volume must be maintained at all times. The general quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays. For the Nohfelden Nohmühle (Bostalsee) site, different quiet hours apply from 21:00-8:00.

(11) Front doors and hallways

Front doors and apartment doors must be kept closed at all times. Objects may not be left in the stairwell or courtyard.

(12) Sauna use

The sauna is available in selected accommodations. Please note that use is at your own risk and that the sauna may only be used at the specified times. The sauna rules, which are displayed in the apartment, must be observed. We may charge an additional cleaning or repair fee for non-compliance.

(13) Gas barbecue use

In apartments equipped with a gas barbecue, the following applies: The barbecue may only be used in the designated areas and must be cleaned thoroughly after use. Use is at your own risk. Damage caused by improper use will be charged to the tenant.

(14) Consent and consequences for breach of rules

By booking, you agree to these house rules. In case of non-compliance, the guest is liable for all resulting damages, fees and expenses. Violations may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
